Salas estables de CINE ACCESIBLE en cinco ciudades españolas

El cine es para todos, con esta premisa se promueve la accesibilidad en los recintos y en las propias películas permite que las personas con discapacidad física, visual o auditiva accedan a estos espacios de ocio y disfruten de los filmes en condiciones de igualdad.

Os presentamos el proyecto Cine Accesible® que durante el mes de octubre  empezara a promover en cinco ciudades como son Bilbao, Palma de Mallorca, Pamplona, Valencia y Zaragoza las salas de Cine Accesible®  concretamente en los cines de:

Bilbao: Cines Golem Alhóndiga
Palma de Mallorca: Cines Ocimax
Pamplona: Cines Saide Carlos III
Valencia: Cines Lys
Zaragoza: Cines Palafox

En ellas las personas con discapacidad visual o auditiva podrán disfrutar del cine con una programación estable, y al mismo precio de entrada que el resto de espectadores.

Requisitos para ser una sala Cine Accesible®:

  • Personas con discapacidad auditiva. Las salas citadas se han comprometido a colocar, debajo de la pantalla principal, una pantalla adicional donde se pueden leer los subtítulos con códigos de colores. También se han instalado bucles magnéticos para que los usuarios de audífonos escuchen el sonido “de manera limpia y clara”.
  • Personas con discapacidad visual. La proyección de los filmes está sincronizada con un sistema que emite en modo de audiodescripción. A la vez que se proyecta en la pantalla, los usuarios escuchan la película y todos los detalles necesarios para entenderla (vestuario, gestos de los personajes, etc.), a través de unos auriculares inalámbricos.
  • Personas usuarias de audífonos o implantes auditivos. El bucle magnético es una ayuda auxiliar para usuarios de audífonos y/o implantes, que permite la recepción del sonido de manera nítida, sin interferencias.

Se prevé que las salas se amplíen, tras la firma de un convenio de colaboración entre la Confederación Española de Familias de personas sordas-FIAPAS y Aristia Producciones para la elaboración de subtítulos en las películas. Esta iniciativa forma parte del proyecto “Cine para Todos 2012“, que promociona la audiodescripción y el sistema de bucle magnético. Su objetivo también es mantener una programación continuada en el cine Roxy B de Madrid, además de realizar una “Colección Cine para Todos”, con una decena de DVD accesibles (audionavegación y audiodescripción, subtitulado adaptado, doblaje y versión original).
